Saudi Engineering Group International (SEGI) was established in 1979 and registered in accordance with the requirement of Saudi Arabian Laws as an engineering company with License No. 279. In our more than three decades of existence, we have grown into one of the leading multidisciplinary engineering consulting company and engineering support service provider in the Kingdom. Our head office is located in Dammam with regional offices in Riyadh and Jeddah.
SEGI offers its services in various sectors such as power & water, oil & gas, petrochemical and industrial across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With more than four decades of experience in engineering consulting and engineering support services, we have carved a niche for ourselves as one of the reputed players in offering a full spectrum of specialized professional engineering, consulting and construction management services. HISTORY
1976
Founding year; undertook small and medium-size projects such as civil and structural design, city planning and construction of roads and villas
Until 2001
Accredited GES contractor of Saudi ARAMCO; undertook various multidisciplinary detailed engineering design and project management projects in addition to other endeavours in power & water, petrochemical and earlier activities.
2001
Due to Saudi ARAMCO initiative, SEGI entered into an agreement with other local companies to form a joint venture company as GES contractor of Saudi ARAMCO paving the way for SEGI to concentrate on other business other than ARAMCO projects.
2002
SEGI moved to provide detailed engineering services, project management, construction management and site supervision, engineering support services and CAD services to the power sectors.
2007
Opened its regional offices in Jeddah, Riyadh and Abha and representation offices in India and Philippines.
2009
SEGI’s construction and trading division became dedicated establishments independently operating to provide their services
2018
SEGI is continuing to provide general engineering services following the dissolution of joint venture company previously offering the service where our owner is a partner.
